Healthy Church Consulting & Survey Analysis
Our basic consulting services start with the Healthy Church Consulting. We incorporate a 37 question survey to be filled out by your congregation. After inputting their responses a 36 page report and 20 page analysis are provided. We also include personal reflections and recommendations beyond the two basic reports. Costs can be lowered by purchasing the Special Edition software of The Ministry ToolBox; which then allows you to create, implement and record the survey results.
The Ministry ToolBox Implementation
The Ministry ToolBox software assists churches in doing Strategic Ministry Planning. I t helps you focus on your vision and moving in the right direction. However it takes time to put your thoughts and goals into the software. Let us assist you in incorporating your church's mission and vision into the software. We will not only help you get set up in the software, but assist you in moving forward with it. This way, you spend less time in your office on the computer and more time out doing the ministry God has called you to.
Conflict Management & Healthy Church
If your church is going through a time of conflict that is causing a rift, it sometimes pays to have an unbiased mediator come in and assist. However, we are committed to more than simply assisting churches through conflict. We desire to see them functioning in a healthy manner. We will assist you in working through your conflict and helping you to gain the right footing to move towards becoming a healthy church.
The Changing Church
The church is an organism whose structure changes as the communities and cultures around her change. How does one make sure that the essentials are always there while the methods and programs are molded to fit the needs of the community the church is serving?
